Posture is the Key

Body ReAlign is a Health & Wellness method designed to provide long-term pain relief, prevent injury, increase sport performance, prepare for surgery, deliver effective rehabilitation, and assist in reaching fitness goals. Founded in August 2014 by certified therapist and trainer Adeliene Ramos, Body ReAlign is the balance between Postural Alignment Therapy and Personal Training.

Posture Chart Postural Alignment Therapy is a physics-based program to relieve pain through corrective exercise. The first step is to realign your body as close as possible to the ideal structure. This ideal structure means to be balanced in all three planes of motion from head to toe so that compression throughout the body is released. The second step is to strengthen your corrected frame in order to keep you relieved from pain for the long-term effect.

Posture is the root of pain in the body. Therefore, the pain naturally reduces and/or disappears when one’s posture is corrected.

The solution is being involved in your own healing process with a program of specifically sequenced corrective stretching and strengthening exercises.

Good posture is extremely beneficial during daily activities, working out in the gym, and playing sports.
